Silver Sky Blues Band

Last week I ran into my friend, Timbo (Tim Arnold), a great guitar player. He let me know he would be playing with a group at the Mine Shaft Tavern. I went down on Sunday to hear them play and take some pictures.

When I got there I walked into a meeting for our theater group planning the “He/She Bang Show”, so I sat in and joined the discussion. I have plans for a skit to direct and act in. 

My sister and I will be showing a few pieces in this show. Hope you can join me for the opening on May 2nd, from 5-9pm. The show will run from May 2nd to June 6th. 510 Central Ave SW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Hot Tub

 With my wrist healing I decided it was time to startup my hot tub for the season. This involved filling it over a few days to get the wood to expand and seal. While I was away no one refilled it. This morning I started by cutting up a lot of wood and once starting the fire I have to reload it about every 20 minutes for about six hours. The temperature of the water was 60 degrees to start, brought it up to 104. Had a nice soak after dinner.
