Heading off to the hospital today

After 14 years of living with a hernia the doctors finally decided it was bad enough to fix it. I may be out of it for a couple of days. Hopefully, I will be healed enough for the Crawdaddy Festival on the weekend of May 16-17.

Cocolat Truffles

 Being stuck on the hill at home I was running out of chocolate candy. I pulled out my Cocolat: Extraordinary Chocolate Desserts Cookbook and had the ingredients on hand to make truffles. So Good!!

Spent, Thursday, at the gallery, beautiful day, slow sales. I will be back again today, 6/6. 3 Firehouse Ln. Madrid New Mexico.
