 This morning’s sunrise from Lone Butte Santa Fe New Mexico.

Later I went into Santa Fe to get some Green Chile Sausage, Dr. Field Goods butcher shop, also, they had pork belly so I bought some of that, too.

First I went to lunch at Atrisco’s, I ordered Chicken Enchiladas with Red Chile Sauce. It came with a Sopaipilla.

New Kosher Deli

I recently discovered a new deli that opened in town about a month and a half ago. They were reviewed in the newspaper and online. They are currently only open on Wednesday 11:30am to 2pm and Thursday 11:30am to 6pm. I arrived on Thursday at 11:35, the place was packed. It took a few minutes in line to place my order, then about 20 minutes for it to be ready. At 12:07, they announced they had run out of Pastrami and Corn Beef, they were not prepared for the influx of customers due to the articles. I ordered the Pastrami on rye with a potato Knish and apple strudel for dessert. All of the items were very good, except the coleslaw lacked any flavor. The strudel was made the way I like it, no nuts.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Santa Fe. Anthony's, serves Chinese, Vegetarian and Soul Food all made fresh when you order. I have been a frequent patron of his establishment since just after he opened. We have had many conversations and he is always looking forward to seeing my latest photographs. 

We have discussed my taking pictures for his social media sites for a while and we finally got together and did it.
