Past Few Days

Due to appointments and working at the gallery I have been remiss in developing my photos over the last few days.

A Rose for Eva

I had some imaging done yesterday. Cancer and lymph node problems have been ruled out. It seems there could be at least 50 other causes, more tests to come.

A Rose for Eva
Forever in my Heart

A striking red rose, prominently displayed against a softly blurred background that enhances its vivid color. The petals exhibit a rich crimson hue, with a slightly textured surface that suggests a few delicate water droplets, glistening like tiny jewels in the light. Each petal is elegantly curled, indicating the passage of time and perhaps a hint of fading beauty. The leaves at the base are a lush green, providing a beautiful contrast to the warm tones of the flower.

Symbolically, roses often represent love and passion, making this particular rose a poignant reminder of fleeting moments of beauty. The juxtaposition of its vibrant color and slight wilting may evoke themes of transience and the bittersweet nature of love. This delicate balance between vibrancy and decay encapsulates the complexity of emotions tied to such floral symbols.
