He/She Bang
34 year ago a member of the Madrid community contracted HIV and was in need of oxygen. The community banded together and put on a variety show to raise money for him. They raised $85 dollars, enough to get him a tank. Since then each year the show has grown larger and raises money for the Madrid Medical Fund. This fund is open to all community members to aid in paying for medical treatment.
SEXUAL CONTENT
Last week I ran into my friend, Timbo (Tim Arnold), a great guitar player. He let me know he would be playing with a group at the Mine Shaft Tavern. I went down on Sunday to hear them play and take some pictures.
When I got there I walked into a meeting for our theater group planning the “He/She Bang Show”, so I sat in and joined the discussion. I have plans for a skit to direct and act in.
My sister and I will be showing a few pieces in this show. Hope you can join me for the opening on May 2nd, from 5-9pm. The show will run from May 2nd to June 6th. 510 Central Ave SW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Thursday Night I attended our local annual theatre production. These are a few scenes from the show. This takes place at the Mine Shaft Tavern Theatre in Madrid New Mexico. All proceeds from the show go into a Community Medical Fund, which helps people in our local community with medical bills.
This year's theme is Puppets.
