Left Russell Valley on a beautiful morning, I headed down
I80 to Rocklin. The drive down the mountain to about 2 hours, the temperature
rose quickly maxing out at around 100 degrees.
Arrived at Pam and Jerry’s house and was greeted by their
ferocious canine.
We chatted for a while and then went out for lunch. Found a
herd of goats trimming the dry grass.
Pam and I then watched a Woody Allen movie, something we do
when every time we get together, Jerry went to the gym.
Jerry made his special hamburgers for dinner with the last
of the California sweet corn.
Jerry and I stayed up to watch the Giants beat Colorado.
Tomorrow we will get out and about. I will be meeting with
Aeron in the morning.
